Residential Project.

Lauderdale mansions is a high-end residential project located in the heart of Maida Vale, London. The project consists of a full fit-out with a new floor being created within the loft space. As the electrical subcontractor we are completing a full re-wire and are working closely with the client on all aspects of the electrical portion of the project such as the lighting design and electrical accessory finishes which will compliment the new design.

Residential Refurbishment.

Taylor & Taylor were instructed to complete the electrical portion of a 3 bedroom apartment refurbishment at the Pan Peninsula, Canary Wharf. We completed alterations to the small power and lighting to suit the new apartment layout using products from Buster + Punch and Astro Lighting. The project will be completed Autumn 2024.

Commercial Project.

We were asked to produce an electrical design and installation on behalf of the client. We provided a comprehensive set of drawings and a report for the CAT-A fit out of the development. Following our design, we carried out the electrical installation which included a LV mains change over, a Lighting design and install through out all communal and landlord areas and new LV mains feeds to each floor.

Residential Project.

Nepaul road consisted of a complete electrical re-wire and lighting design of the entire property including a new extension. We provided combined electrical design, lighting design and installation package for the client, working closely with the main contractor ensuring that a collaborative approach was taken throughout the entire project.

Commercial/Retail Project.

Taylor & Taylor Electrical Contractors completed an electrical inspection test and commissioning of a high end retail store for a large electrical contractor based in Central London. We completed all the correct stages of the testing process and passed over the electrical installation certificate to the client once the project was completed, ensuring the project was ready to hand over to the client.
